Fill a huge pot to about 3/4 full & bring to a boil
Season water with salt, Adobo and cajun seasoning
Add two tablespoons of butter to boiling water
Add half an onion, parsley, thyme, habenero pepper and garlic to water
Quarter a lemon and add to water
While water is boiling, clean seafood by rinsing with cool water
Add potatoes and corn to boiling water and boil for 20 minutes
Remove corn and potatoes and set aside
Add crab legs to boiling water and boil for 15 minutes
While crab legs are boiling, cook shrimp by adding butter and garlic to a saute pan. Cook shrimp until pink on both sides; that's about three minutes per side.
In a separate pot, add butter, add water from the larger boiling pot of seafood and boil mussels for about 7 minutes
Remove all seafood from boiling water and allow it to cool for 10 minutes
Arrange all seafood on a tray
