Ingredients
  

  • 4 Lobster Tails
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • 1 Sprig Parsley
  • 1 Lemon

Equipment

  • Seafood Scissors

Method
 

  1. Defrost and rinse lobster tails
  2. Cut down the center of the lobster tail
  3. Open lobster tail shell
  4. Separate meat from the shell
  5. Place meat on top of the lobster shell
  6. Arrange all lobster tail on a foil tin and set aside
Lobster Tail Butter Basting Sauce
  1. Melt one stick of salted butter
  2. Add chopped parsley
Cooking Lobster Tail
  1. Pre-heat boiler to 550 degrees
  2. Drizzle the butter sauce over the lobster tails
  3. Broil lobster tails until lightly browned and lobster meat is opaque, about 5 to 10 minutes
  4. Garnish lobster tails with lemon wedges
