- Defrost and rinse lobster tails

- Cut down the center of the lobster tail

- Open lobster tail shell
- Separate meat from the shell
- Place meat on top of the lobster shell

- Arrange all lobster tail on a foil tin and set aside
Lobster Tail Butter Basting Sauce
- Melt one stick of salted butter
- Add chopped parsley
Cooking Lobster Tail
- Pre-heat boiler to 550 degrees
- Drizzle the butter sauce over the lobster tails

- Broil lobster tails until lightly browned and lobster meat is opaque, about 5 to 10 minutes
- Garnish lobster tails with lemon wedges
