Method
- Juice enough limes to get 2 ounces of juice. Strain to remove lime pulp.
- Take 7 mint leaves and tear into two or three pieces. Stir in with lime juice.
- Combine mint and lime juice with Bacardi Rum.
- Top off with seltzer water.
- Add raspberries and 5 left over mints to garnish.
- You can add ice if you'd like to chill things out.
